Rest assured AirAware uses only the highest quality parts for repairs, all of our repairs come with standard 5 yr parts warranty ( service fee and labor additional) excludes consumables such as filters, bulbs, items designed to wear or need replaced as a maintenance item.
Tune Ups

Pre-Season Tune up
Tune up includes cleaning Condenser Coil (water), Checking Evap Coil, Check Blower and Compartment, Checking all Electrical and Moving parts (oil if required), Duct work integrity check, Safety check on complete system.
Super Tune up
Clean Blower Compartment, Clean Condenser Coil (water), Clean Evaporator Coil (basic clean no chemical), Balance Freon 1lb if needed, Duct Work integrity check, Check AC and Heating operation, Complete check on all Electrical and moving parts (oil if needed). Best offer !
System Installation
When installing new equipment verify the company you choose takes all the proper steps in sizing properly for your home and needs. in my experience only a hand full of contractors do , Rest assured AirAware will not install any system with out a heat load engineering data sheet done on your home . All AirAware installs are done in the highest quality equipment, material, products on the market. Quality Workmanship is not a recommendation at AirAware it is the only way we install !
